Troy Stevens is a Marriage and Family Therapist currently completing clinical hours through Capella University’s Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy program. A graduate of Capella University, Troy earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and brings a strong foundation in mental health and human behavior to their work with clients.
With a passion for supporting individuals, couples, and families, Troy approaches therapy through a systemic lens, helping clients uncover patterns, improve communication, and foster stronger, healthier relationships. Their clinical interests include anxiety, depression, family dynamics, trauma, life transitions, and identity exploration. In addition, Troy has experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), supporting both the child and their family system with empathy, structure, and practical strategies.
Troy is committed to creating a therapeutic environment that ensures each client feels seen, respected, and empowered throughout their healing journey. Recognized for his calm, approachable demeanor, Troy works alongside clients to uncover strengths, set meaningful goals, and create lasting change.
