Ashley M. Whitehead, BHSA, MFT, is a Marriage and Family Therapist completing her Master's clinical hours at Capella University. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in health services and has worked in the healthcare field for over six years. She enjoys working with individuals, couples (marital and premarital), families, and teens of a wide variety of ages. Ashley addresses concerns of anxiety, depression, family conflict, life coaching, and transitioning, with an emphasis on women’s issues, postpartum, and infertility. She has training in positive psychology and works from a systemic, solution-focused approach, along with real-life experience.
